We provide care guidance and home-based respite help to lighten your daily load, ensuring both you and your loved ones feel fully supported.

Four simple steps to start your wellness journey
Visit the GLOW Centre
Come to the Tzu Chi GLOW Centre and speak to a staff member. They will help you to get started.
Complete Wellbeing Surveys
Fill in two surveys (about 20–30 minutes total) so we can understand your needs and recommend the right activities.
Do Activities, Earn Crystals
Choose from 12 wellness activities across 5 categories. Complete them at your own pace — each one earns you Crystals.
Redeem FairPrice Vouchers
Collect Crystals to redeem up to ten S$5 FairPrice grocery voucher and Special Partner Offers at the GLOW Centre. Practical rewards for your wellbeing.
